Bruce Conversion
Posted by Archived on September 27, 2020 at 1:31 pmHello All,
Does anyone have any experience with a Prevost converter named Bruce?
See a single slide for sale on Prevost Stuff but never heard of them.
Any information would be appreciated good, bad or otherwise.
Thanks,
LQ

Bruce was a low volume converter located in the upper northwest, maybe Canada. From the limited feedback I got over the years is the quality was good, but some of their work was unique to their conversion.

Bruce Coach is a company located in Salmon Arm British Columbia, still in Business, you can find them on the web,

That one was at Premium Coach Group in AZ but I understand it is now sold. One of their sales people called me a short time ago to ask if we would be willing to sell our coach since they had such a run they were low on inventory. I asked about the B coach and she said it had just sold. The TV was in an unusual place at the aft end of the single slide and it utilized different marine batteries, electronics and generator which she said made it harder for many lookers to come to grips with – hence the longer time on the market. From pics and the positive reputation B has in the NW I would guess it was a nice coach but never saw it myself.

Bruce supposedly bought a couple of partially converted shells from Legendary when they went out of business, and finished them off to sell. Don’t know exactly how many, maybe 2 or 3…….

We bought it and so far it has been our favorite. Most of the stuff is marine, so it’s kind of yacht like. We are throwing away the sat. system, and components to upgrade, but the coach itself is a beast. We bought it site unseen, but I knew what it was. Drove to Zion and then Bryce like a dream. We traded Our ’09 Freightliner for this 2002 Prevost
Our Fourth Unit and first Prevost, WOW what a difference! d

Dan,
Welcome to the PC family. A lot of experience on this site with so many willing to help. Congratulations on the acquisition. My coach is old, but i love it, and every time I get to take it out it brings a smile to my face. Much more so than my wife, but that is because she wants a newer one.
We would love to see pictures of this beautiful machine.
