Body change??
Jon here is a question for you. Talked to Randy at Zip Dee this morning about the NX upgrade kit. I installed the NX awing upgrade on my 97 XL coach in 1997 no problem. George has a 98 XL bus and Randy says the body changed in 98, He said the curve at the side at the top is different? Is that true?

I have no idea, but if I had to guess I would say there is no change in curvature between 97 and 98. If there was going to be a change it would be between the XL and XLII models.
Here is why I am guessing that. To begin the chassis is made in a very complex welding fixture and that fixture is designed for specific dimensions. To change a roof to side radius would necessitate a change in the fixture. I do not think that likely given the short time when the entire chassis will be redesigned and the welding fixture made for that new design.
Could someone be confused about the year of the change and is thinking the rivet bus versus the bonded skin bus?

I agree Jon I can’t believe they would change the radius, that means the side windows will change,now we have different windows part #’s, The people from Zip Dee are better that most Butt?
