Installed the Blue Fire adapter and not quite right not getting transmission gear info at all , If anyone one can call me with a little help Art (805) 712-9449 Thanks’

The transmission gear selected/attained information is not available via the diagnostic port for either VMSpc or BlueFire. I have used both setups. One of several things that our older units do not display.

Hey Mike ,So that won’t work on a 6 port plug? How do I know what will work with 6 port plug??

Art, I have a 6 port that has 4 wires connected. I do not get tranny gears either. 1995 M11 engine

Your transmission must have a ECU 3 or newer to get the information. You can get transmission oil temp. and output shaft speed with older ECU
