Belts tensioner inflate time
Is it normal to wait almost 3 minutes after starting the DD60 engine (with zero pressure in the system) until the mini bellows inflate and tighten the belts ? Really don’y like how they jump there…so loose….
I heard that there is an upgrade kit available that would place a heavy duty spring and a welded plate there to keep the gearbox platform raised half way and provide extra tension on the belts until the bellows inflate ? Anybody got that ?

Your air system has to satisfy the brake systems and they need to be around 70 or 75 PSI or so before the accessory air system receives any air so it is not unusual for there to be a delay.
Some owners use their aux compressors to pressurize the accessory system first. then turn on the key but not to start until the air bellows tighten the belts, then they start the coach.

Fixed some leaks and the Aux system ( pumped by engine or Aux compressor) stays at 50-60 psi overnight now.
Ordered the air regulator, check valve and the 4 way valve in the back above the engine …all leak bad.
Slowly but surely I am getting it done.

It is like eating an elephant, one bite at a time. But the benefits of working your way through issues is substantial. Obviously you get to have a detailed knowledge of the coach, but the best thing that comes of that is you gain a lot of confidence not only in the coach, but in your ability to address issues if any arise.
