Belt tensioner bag numbers
If we have the part numbers for the three air bags that tension the belts, I would like to shop the price – anybody? I’m not ruling in or out Prevost parts.
Been trying to find an air leak on the supply side since 2013. After changing/checking everything on the supply side, I think the leak lies in the belt tensioners or their regulator because when I introduce shop air at the right rear, the belts do not tension, meaning the air must come from the Tuflo 750. Looking at the schematic that Prevost provided with the bus, the Tuflo 750 provides air directly to those bags such that the air does not go through the AD9 drier or the wet tank.
Part numbers please anyone?

Some have to have the key on to charge the bellows.

I think the Prevost part number for the belt bellows is 95-0208. Prevost is having a sale on them now at $29.95. Still looking for the regulator though.

Put a check valve at regulator that will lock air into mini air bellows then you can look from there

What Peter says is helpful, however keep in mind that the only true benefit for the check valve is if the air in the system falls below the regulated air pressure for the belt tensioners. The air feeding the Prevost systems on XLII and later model H coaches is shut off when the key is off, so if that system has leaks other than in the belt tensioning system the check valve will keep the belts tight even if all air is lost elsewhere. Of course to keep the belts tight the air bellows (minit air bags), their fittings, the regulator and the shut off valve have to be air tight.

This morning, soapy water confirmed a leak at the air conditioning compressor bellows. The other two that run the radiator fan, and the regulator, don’t seem to leak. But since they are all tied together, fixing the AC one may result in a leak at another one. So I just ordered three anyway from Prevost Parts since they were on sale for thirty bucks regular forty-four.
