    Around 1984 to 1986? Guessing on the change to 102. The key is the 96 had polished chrome or stainless fenders, the 102 had rubber fenders.

    The first DDEC Prevost was late 1987 and it was denoted by the switch to rectangular turn signal lights on the front replacing the previous round ones.

    Neil Lynch owned Bus 12. Last I heard Christie Hicks in a Mustang OK owned it
