Wave, your house batteries are getting their charge topped off by the inverters and only see the alternator output when you are driving so I would not worry about them.
No you don’t have to read the whole Prevost service manual, but you do have to make sure the voltage regulator is set to the specified voltage. I think it is 27.7 but verify that.
If you have a bad chassis battery it can literally pull power out of the other batteries which is why I asked if they were going down in a few days. If you have run the chassis battery charger a lot or are still doing so that might be masking a bad battery issue and it may actually be causing the problem, if you have a problem.
