I believe Marathon sheds the auxiliary load branch if batteries are running low. That would explain why the branch works when the generator is running. But it should also work on shore power. Anyway check your batteries.

Auxiliary what? What do you mean?

Do you mean the auxiliary air compressor only runs when the generator runs, or do you mean something else?

I think he means the auxiliary load circuit in Marathons. 120V loads are partitioned into Aux and Main.

There is a button & light in the bedroom panel to reset the Aux circuit after a problem (low battery etc).

Turn off both the 12 and
24 volt power for 1 min. then turn them back on that should take care of your
issue. That happened to us at the Tampa rally, Marathon instructed me to do
that everything worked after that.

I just had one last week doing same thing. In the aux transfer box on the. Interior right side is a small circuit board that had failed.

Hello,

I am having the same problem, just replaced all 6 AGM 4D batteries. There is no reset button on my 1992 bedroom panel. I am wondering if my little circuit board in the Auxillary transfer switch box is cooked if it all works on Genset power. I am not getting power to my Auxillary side Heart Inverter as well, but on generator power it shows AC power coming in and all is well..checked all my chords, all 6 magnetic contactors appear to close and open?? Could they still be bad? Perhaps bad points?
