This should get every Marathon owner thinking about how bad their system could be contaminated because of those steel tanks. Mine is in 02 and it was bad and here’s a fairly new one, 2007, with the same problem. If you have a steel aux tank installed by Marathon, you better get it checked out. Your aux air pump makes tons of water and if not drained on a regular basis from that steel tank, you likely have a problem.
This could also contaminate the Prevost aux air system if the yellow valve in the steering compartment is opened and allowing the two systems to blend. I do that occasionaly when I’m ready to start and the Prevost aux air is down resulting in loose engine belts. So keep your air dry and drained boy’s, or trouble is coming your way.
