Asko Electric dryer
Had a problem with my electric dryer while in Michigan, the motor run capacitor burned up checked with the Asko dealer he wanted $85.00 for the 8uf capacitor. I did pay that on the road, you can buy the same capacitor from Newark for $8.00, oh well the price we pay on the road.!!!!!!!!!!!!

Asko is proud of their appliances. After the last round of repairs on ours I hauled them away to the dump and went to the Kenmore store. They have been chugging away for almost 10 years now with no let up in sight.
Splendide and Asko must be made by the same people, or at least people whose object is to sell parts.

You are right Jon they are very proud of their stuff, just cannot believe that an 8uf capacitor is worth $850. The next time I am buying 12 of these capacitors for repair if needed on the road.
