Are members still using NCTS for tires?
Posted by Archived on September 26, 2022 at 1:59 pmWondering if NCTS still in business? I called the number it went to voicemail without any identifying message.
Is it better to go with the PC Michelin discount program?

Do you perhaps mean NTCS instead of NCTS? I spoke with them in late August to pay for my road hazard warranty.

Luc, why not use the PC tire discount, same as FMCA, but way easier. Go to member discounts.

I used NTCS just a few weeks ago for personal car tires. No issues and good response. Have not used them yet for the Prevost tires, but have received the pricing for the 12R22.5 that I need. Unfortunately, the BFG ST230’s that I want are not on the price list.

Tom,
Most likely that’s what I will do. I did call the number and signed up.

I used NTCS because they were the only one I could find that offered a 3 year, no pro-rating road hazard warranty, including coverage for the wheel. This was only $20 or $30 per tire, I forget. I replaced my two front tires with Michelin for about $2200 including all taxes (8.25% sale here in TX). If you have not replaced tires recently, they have gone up…
