Good Find , Thanks for sharing ,Will have to move the Dash Cam from the wish List to the Must have list ! Love the Music at the end. As I grew up near the Motor City ! Used to play that on the Guitar back in My Rock and Roll days ! -
I think almost all of us have seen most if not all of those events, and having video evidence that proves we were in the right can save a lot of grief.
My most common close calls relate to people crossing from my left almost catching my bumper just to get off at the exit, or people that pull in too close and then for a variety of reasons are standing on their brakes or just going too slow when they jumped in front of me.
I especially loved the last one showing a car that had to get ahead of the truck as he entered the single lane construction zone, and then smashed his car. Those morons deserve a special place in Hell because they knew about the lane closure for miles and rode it to the end.

For those of You that have a Dash Cam,
When Wired into ignition , Do They come on when You start the Coach ? No Buttons to Push ?
And How Long will a 32 Gig card last ? Does it automatically start overwriting the card after it gets full ?
Do they all Capture Video and Audio ?
Do They all have a Time / Date Stamp on recorded video ? There are some Hopped Up versions that range from 2000 and up. Are they worth the extra $ , Other than better video quality , What are the additional options ? Humm , Wonder if any of them have an internal HD ?
Would be a good way to document any Once in a Lifetime trips to share and enjoy later ? Maybe from My Rocking Chair some day ? Before going to the Hoverround Races ?

Just spent a few hours last night and this morning researching dash cams. Right or wrong, bought the Magellan MiVue 420 for $140 on eBay, free shipping.

How can we answer your questions since they are mostly camera specific? Why don’t you look at the information relative to the camera you like?
We are pretty smart folks on here, but knowing what camera you are going to buy probably exceeds our skill set.

We only hand deliver them so you have to get to a rally or seminar where either Tom or I are going to be.
