It all started with Luke warm water after awhile in shower and black soot on ground after sitting in one spot for a couple days mixing valve would not turn freely also The control box was already new and the fuel pump was good also Only thing that I reused was the plastic case and cast case everything inside new

    Peter,

Remember, I had it turned off at the engine, so if you need engine preheat or hot water while traveliing, turn those valves back on. I leave my Liberty hot water tank turned off as well to keep from getting scalded.

You may still have some good parts, the pump, nozzle, flame detector, banjo fittings and control box were all new.
