Aqua hot question
My aqua hot does not maintain a constant rpm it seems to surge up and down while in the heating mode. Is this normal or should we be pulling it apart to see what could be causing this. It works properly otherwise,heats great, anyone got any ideas,thanks in advance.

Your 1999 year coach probably has original fuel lines. One of the main reasons, of several, for the motor to surge is a leak in the fuel line between the fuel tank and the webasto burner. This would include the seal of the fuel filter.
To check this idea, supply the burner with a separate fuel line from a jug of diesel and see if it runs smoothly. If so, replace the leaky line.
I would also put a vom meter on the red wire to the “B”plug to the control unit to see if the voltage was varing. I doubt this is the cause but the check is very easy to do.
