  • Anyone recognize these sidelights?

Posted by Michael on August 14, 2016 at 8:45 pm

My XLII apparently had sidelights upgraded to LED’s at some point. Some
of them have now gotten water in them and are rusting (see photo). I’ve
tried to find lights to replace the damaged ones but can seem to locate any. Anyone recognize these or know a source? Thanks.

These lights are available at Big Rig Chrome Shop. They are approx. $14. Choose either red or amber.

Several different companies make these lights. we call them Super 21’s. United Pacific makes the ones we sell, and we have had great luck with them. We have also had very poor luck with others. Like Les said, $140 each.

you can contact me at 800-496-6303 daytime with any questions.

    Mike….

Many of us can tell you how good Chromeman is…we purchased LEDS from him and the transaction was perfect. He went all out to help in every way… highly recommended !!

    Cheers, Diane

X2 on Bill being the go to source for LEDs. We also bought some from him at Oysterfest this spring. First rate. About the only thing he didn’t do was install them for us. 😉

    Mike;

Bill didn’t install your lights? He installed mine and washed my coach. He’s really a great guy.

Bill polishes my coach, just because it is a Liberty. He is a great guy.

Some fertilizer for (and/or from??) Jon’s garden being spread around here!!

Bill really is a great guy…I think he muttered something about the only way he’d ever get to see the marker lights that Michael bought actually on Michael’s coach and not in a bay is to do it himself…Michael – you may be wearing him down!! I think you got a ways to go to get Jon to wash your coach though…but you know, stranger things have happened!! (I just can’t seem to think of any at the moment.) 🙂

You guys are having a great time here. I just want everyone to know, I never install ,and heck, I only wash my coach when absolutely necessary. There is a great advantage to having a coach with the stainless steel in a brushed finish. It’s really hard to see any dirt or those pesky water spots. Actually, we had dropped off my coach at Jeff’s for some work, and some good hearted soul felt compelled to clean all the bugs off the front. We had just got back from Pensacola Beach and the bug bodies were thick. (Thanks, Mike)

But I really appreciate this fourm and all the goodwill that is being thrown my way.

But Bill, You know we make stuff up, so how valuable are our comments about you being a great guy?

Steve, did you get your coach home yet? Everytime I’m at Jeff’s your coach is there. Do you have hook up’s?

Next time I’m near Marion, I’ll stop for that free wash & wax that was part of the deal. I saw pictures of that new garage that I could park in so my new wax job would last.

I think Jeffery had adopted the old girl. She was in for some cosmetic surgery and it took a little longer than expected. She is safe and sound back in her airconditioned and heated shop!

As far as that wash and wax…. You just come on by Marion, I will give you a place to plug in. As far as the wash and wax…… I have a nice hot water washer……..

    Hope all ya’all are well…

    Steve
