    My guess controls your audio visual equipment and where you want it showing. Salon, bedroom, underbelly tv or lcd screen on the dash

    Yes, that is an audio/video control panel. Looks like a Russound system panel.

    I’ve pushed every button and can’t see any difference in the audio/video. Strange.
