We’ve not stayed there recently. Years ago we used to only stay there, on many stopovers on the way to Florida, and we really liked it for our 40′ motorhome. Comparing it to the motorcoach resort where we go nowadays… it seems kinda tight for 45′. It’s also sorta the opposite side of the island from the beaches, restaurants, golf, etc. and as far as I know, NOT connected to the rest of the island by sidewalks for walking or biking which is what we like most about HHI.

We once had our only Manatee in the wild sighting right there though, in the little marina they have on site. Pretty cool.

We have traveled to HH many times, and prefer HH Motorcoach. Sites are all unique and beautiful, great pool and amenities, close to beach, stores and restaurants. We roll with kids and a dog, so we value some resort features differently than others.

We’ve stayed at the Motor Coach Resort many times. Great location. We stayed at the other park at the north end of the island once and it is extremely tight. Few sites 45′ will fit.

The HH Motorcoach resort is the way to go. Beautiful sites and convenient to restaurants and beaches.

The marina sites are very tight and require some magical moves to get in and out. Then when you want to pull out to go anywhere the 4 lane road is so busy – it is a challenge to get out in your car.

Motorcoach resort for sure, BUT friends of ours. Who live in HHI swear by the restaurant at the marina resort. Claim it’s one of the best on the island.
