Android phone
Posted by John on January 15, 2019 at 12:43 pmI got on site here with my Samsung Android & found it interesting that when I tried typing words it would do double letter & sometimes double word entries. Couldn’t even back up & fix as it would do it all over again. Any thoughts?

I suspect others may disagree, but lose the smart phone, get a flip phone, only turn it on when you want to make a call and life would be good.
Step back a little, I may get flamed for being right.

Did the rest of you hear the Lennon Sisters singing in the background while reading Jon’s response? I did.

John,
Just above where you type your post, there are a whole bunch of buttons for formatting and other features for your text you are typeing. You will notice the button on the bottom row, at the right (“ABC” with a check mark) is darker grey. Click on the botton to turn off automatic spell checker and it fixes the issue of extra characters showing up in your reply.

John,
What browser are you using? Chrome or Firefox is a good choice.

Using chrome & I’ll try turning off the auto spell check. Does anyone else here not know what a flip phone is? You’re gonna like having me around Jon…

Dick
I heard this when I read Jon’s remarks –
Fly me to the moon
Let me play among the stars
And let me see what Spring is like
On a, Jupiter and Mars … -
Michael,
Don’t you have a bus to wash? No need to be here stirring the pot.
-
Who are the Lemon Sisters??
Must be part of the Florida citrus group…
-
Les,
No need for you to be here stirring the pot either. Go help Michael wash his bus.
What the hell are you doing up so early central time anyway?
