I’am feeling left out…no testing for us in Missouri ?
I’am sure you have heard the plastic shield has a new home in Missouri. Transportation was arranged for travel in a special design pick-up
.Missouri Highway patrol, Missouri DOT, Homeland Security, U. S. Marshals, and Cass County Sheriff, then tracked the movement to Springfield.
Yesterday was the official day of morning the departure from Peculiar MO. too Spingfield MO.
Show some support by sending cards with “cold cash” to help us through this diffucult time.

We know the shield is really still in the garage, so keep pretending it’s gone. Your a shield man at heart.

The plastic shields on a Prevost are the equivalent of a paper bag on an ugly person. Some coaches (no names mentioned here) are two shield coaches if you know what I mean…….

Way harsh, but I love it!
We are finally home from our globetrotting adventure. Had a great time! Now to get the bus ready to roll for the rest of the summer. Not much to do, just get it serviced and loaded up with our take along stuff and we are ready.
Jon: How is that new one working out? Still great I hope!

Jon, is just a whole lot frustrated as he missed out on a pre conditioned, show quality, plastic shield custom made for a XLII.
Just trying to beat me down on the price. We all know he had the opportunity to own the shield, which by the way ….did I mention that he owns a XLII.
We have exchanged at least 131 private mails about if it was possible to remount the the shield and drive to Knoxville.
When all is said and done the reason I think he hestitated so long was the shield had been mounted on a Marathon XLII. he just could not get by that !

Al, Jon is probably still measuring to see if it will fit his new XlII, and if it will impact getting it into his garage! You know how much he had to go through to see if the new bus would fit….

The new coach is great and we were instructed to remove the converters logo plates if we ever were to use the plastic bug shields. Having our converters name on our bus is far more valuable to us than having a piece of plastic detracting from the beauty so we had to refuse Al’s offer to pay us in large bills to take the shield off his hands.
Mark, we still haven’t got the smile off our faces from buying our new to us coach.

Tough crowd!
My XL has the mounting hardware for the plastic shield, but no shield. If I could find a shield I’d install it until after we return from AK. Then I’d get rid of it.

Never let this bunch of bus drivers find a weak spot. They will just wear you out.
You are obviously a wise man stating as soon as you get back from AK you will get rid of a shield.
