Alternator not charging
My alternator suddenly stopped charging, the lifeline next step alternator regulator has a error light flashing. Has anyone had this experience or know what causes it.

Ken, nobody is ignoring you, just surprised nobody has responded.
Did you measure alternator output to verify if it not charging?
Did you then run a jumper to the field terminal from the 24V battery positive to make sure the alternator is functioning. Pay close attention because when you do that the output voltage is unregulated and you need to pull the jumper if the voltage starts to go up past 28V.
If the alternator does put out voltage with the jumper attached the regulator is bad. If not the probable issue is the alternator. Obviously you need to check all connections.
