I think your coach has a Vanner monitor such as we are discussing in another thread. It likely is a monitor problem, but just verify it by using a voltmeter to get voltage readings at the input side of the monitor. The monitor will trigger an alarm if the 24 volt readings are less than 24, or more than 30. If that is the case and the reading is outside the range you have a voltage regulator or alternator issue. If the voltage reading is steady within the range the monitor is likely going bad.

If the light bothers you, disconnect the power supply to it on the output side of the monitor. Just be aware you will not have a warning light so you will need to monitor your gauges.

All input and output terminals on the Vanner monitor are marked.

Fortunately if we get an electrical warning light (hi/Lo votage or battery balance) we can quickly verify if the light is warning of an actual problem or if the monitor is reporting a problem that does not exist.

I wish all issues we can have with our coaches were as easy to confirm.
