So here comes my insurance agent with my renewal on the coach coverage. As in previous years the premium is slightly higher but this year the agent informs me that she has a company that will write the policy for less money. I like less but wait…who is this company?

She is recommending Allied Insurance, a Nationwide Insurance comany. You know the “Nationwide is on your side” people.

Until now I have been insured by National Interstate and have had no claims or complaints and many here use them.

Can I get some feedback from this group as to Allied vs Interstate?

    Thanks

    Chuck,

Miller agency moved me from National Interstate to Victoria when National Interstate wanted excessive premiums. I have not had a claim so I can only hope I am adequately covered. However what I wanted to point out is Victoria is owned by Nationwide and specializes in our type vehicles.

So there are alternatives to National Interstate.

Same with me Chuck, Miller moved me to Triumph from National Interstate and I did have a glass claim that was a non issue.

Get a quote from Miller Chuck, just to see where you stand. Miller

I too have Triumphe through Miller. This company is owned by National Interstate. I haven’t had any claims, so I can only hope their rating suggests they would step up to the bat if needed.

Ok, thanks gents. I feel a little better about this change and now have enough information to ask a few more questions.

Funny that National Interstate raised their premiums so much that the agents starting to find alternatives for us.

    Thanks again.
