Alarming!
Just like me to announce that I’m headed to LVM and then as we pull in for the night an alarm goes off at the dash. No flashing lights or unusual temps/pressures. I shut everything down. Checked oil and coolant levels. The alarm was a high pitched EEEEEEEEEEE (technical term). Can’t check codes right now. Any guesses/suggestions?

Could it be the fire detector in the engine compartment. Did you get it wet in that area?

Well I still don’t know what the alarm was about but after changing oil and filters, fuel filters, dryer canister and servicing the transmission I have no alarm. Still haven’t been able to pull codes, but soon. If I find out what it was I’ll let y’all know.
