  • Air valve to raise/lower front bumper

Posted by Larry on December 4, 2014 at 10:16 am

This is for Jeff or anyone else who might know.

The valve to control to lowering and raising the front bumper is acting up.

The valve is a Humphreys TAC2, 2 position, 3 way valve. Prevost says that is not something they installed,by Featherlite.

Anyone have one or know where to buy one?

Larry, what is it doing? Which part is acting up?

Jeff, I lowered the bumper last week, when I flipped the switch to raise, it continually exhausts air and will not raise. I can flip it back to lower, it quits exhausting air and if I unplug the airline (raise line) it will raise.

Larry, you may find that valve at WW GRAINGER. Does the valve look like either of these?

Larry, that is a 2 position, 4way valve. It’s model # 41v. If you can’t find it anywhere close holler and I can possibly get one to you. Just email me to let me know.
