The Prevost car web site has all the information you need regarding your coach including the pneumatic diagrams.

Start with the link below. enter you type coach, put in your chassis year, and start exploring. You coach specific information is available to you through that site. I printed my pneumatic diagram by printing “tiles” that I pullled from enlarging the diagram on my computer. I then taped the “tiles” together to make a drawing about 40 inches wide, making it very easy to see and to highlight various circuits. Others have taken the link to the PDF to their local Kinkos and had a large size drawing printed and laminated.

The link below should be bookmarked on everyone’s computer because it is literally everything you need to know about the Prevost chassis. It has the service, owner and operator manuals. It has all electrical diagrams. It has links to the technical and service information on all the purchased components for the chassis including brakes, air dryer, and virtually all other air system parts.

Come to Branson. One of the seminars Prevost will present is how to navigate and use this link below to access all the information you need to know relating to your coach chassis.

Thanks as wish i could go to Branson but have a conflicting business trip. I can send you my sign up fee for the fuel program though!!!

I am on the Prevost site under “brake and air systems” but remember somewhere else seeing a colored schematic that is not here. May have been a Liberty document in their printed information… Either way, this helps but somewhat overwhelming to say the least…

I have done away with the automatic zip dee awning as converted back to manuel system so at least i have simplied some of issues with these air operated systems.

Check in the articles section. Hector had an excellent power point program showing the pneumatic leveling system.

But your pneumatic system is more than suspension. It is brakes and converter and Prevost aux systems also.

Good luck,Brady,my year of coach brought up an awfully rough,hard to read and see pneumatic diagram.That said, I did as best I could, professionally enlarged and using “Paint” was able to connect most all the lines and read many of the labels. I then called Prevost and was able to get some of the labels (in French no less) explained and then using 4 sheets of 11 x 17 at a local Print shop got a decent copy to work with. I also pulled up Hector’s program but was not able to enlarge it enough to get good copy. My electric Level Low came up real good though and has helped tremendously.

I took the drawing on a zip drive to the local print shop and printed it out on 24 X 36. If you’re coming to Branson, I’ll be glad to give you one of the drawings.

I need to find a way to retire so i can make Branson and other fun events / rallies. Sounds like a great time but work obligations keep getting into the way!!!

I am still salivating at the upcoming Liberty / Jeep event in Moab, UT i can’t make either!!! I was there 15 years ago and remember how scenic it was!!

It is terrible when work obligations take us away from the important stuff. Make sure all top level managers own a Prevost and they will shut down the company for rallies.

I have other great ideas too.
