Air manifolds
Well the last of the push in air fittings , had two air manifolds made to replace the two plastic ones Prevost uses, they have two plastic manifolds with one line coming in another going out plus four output lines each , I am going to replace with two manifolds and compression fittings never to leak again plus eight ball valves to shut them off with also , made of aluminum , there is also one fitting on the Trans retarder that is push in fitting will do that one two then it’s all done this is all in the steering bay ,,you better catch up Jon you are behind the race buddy!!!!!

Peter, I have started by remaking the Liberty manifold. This summer I am going to nibble away at the rest of the project. The Prevost manifolds are definietly on the list.
My efforts are going to have to extend beyond fittings and manifilds because I already have isolated leaks to somewhere in both the Prevost side (but I don’t know where yet) and on a couple of the air circuits on the Libery side. One circuit relates to pocket doors, and the other has three devices on it, all of which I believe have the same type valve as the dump valves and I think they might be a part of the problem.
This is the part of the coach I hate working on because there is no one big fix. It is tedious detailed work that takes a lot of time just to fix one small isolated leak. Until it is all done the results are impossible to see, and when you get done, the leaks begin all over again. as the stuff ages again. Only the fittings are a forever fix.

Peter, a pic of the new manifold. I assume you are replacing the black plastic or composite manifold in the steer compartment with the 1/4″ air lines coming out of it?

Yes you are right I will take pic when I pass buy ranch sometime in may they will be there waiting for me
