Air Lines After Slide out Controller 2006 H3
Not sure where to check next. When I close the Prevost factory installed chassis auxiliary air valve leading to the slide out controller, I have air loss faster in the slide out air “circuit” than I do in the rest of the aux air system.
Maybe I am trying too hard to achieve the unachievable. Right now my aux air compressor will cycle about every 3 to 3 1/2 hours. If I close off the slide outs, it would cycle about every 8-10 hours.
On the slide out side, I have checked everything after the Prevost factory installed aux air valve going to the slide out controller and found only one very small leak on one external solenoid type fitting. It has a male pipe thread fitting and I tightened it and it no longer leaks.
On an 2006 year model H3 chassis, can anyone tell me what slide out nylon tubing lines remain charged with aux air? I assume only the lines to the seals themselves.
And, also the location of where the tubing connects to each actual slide seal as I would like to check those connections.
My slide controller and seal pressure adjustment valve was replaced within the past few years as was the salon seal itself.
Suggestions on what else to check would be appreciated. Also, if I am going overboard trying to achieve perfection, please let me know that, too. Thank you, Jeff
