  air dryer

  just rebuilt air dryer and it still does not seen right air comes out of the bottom and when it comes to psi it blowes off and then it sounds like it right away bloes off again. How does the compressor and regulator work with dryer, there are 2 small bradded lines to regulator to dryer how does that work, can a bad regulator cause my problem?
