Al, a new bumper cover will not get the job done. My cover is new and the fit is for crap, and warps with heat just like the old one did.

Bernie is right, we need “steel”.

When you fellows were up at the factory, did anyone bring up the “Crapo mirrors” , the phoney bumper covers, etc.?

We did not have the right opportunity at the factory to bring up any of these issues. You had to be there to understand, it wasn’t the time and place.

Tom, I understand fully. If the conditions are not right , they will not be receptive and do little more than shake their head. Just asking as I was not aware if you were allowed time for ‘open’ discussions.

And unfortunately, too many businesses cannot see for the forest for the trees. Even when some of their loyal customers (and sometimes vendors) take them by the hand and try to lead them to a better life.
