    Jon,

I replaced the regulator and the check valve a few months back in the engine bay.

By what you are saying, it sounds like one of the Norgren valves controlled by the ignition switch may be the cause of the new lean I’m getting. Where are those located?

I agree, I should be able to hear the leak. My 30 year old son was walking by the bus in the shop one day and said, “dad, you can’t hear that air leaking?” I said “what leak”? I couldn’t hear anything.

After playing the drums in a Rock band for years, owning a Drag Strip, and standing on the starting line with no ear protection for years, driving a race car for 35 years, 4500 hrs in Airplanes, which I still do all of them except for the drums…………..No wonder my wife says I can’t hear S#%^T

Guess I need a better Stethascope, and lots of soapy water! LOL

I’m not exactly pointing my finger at anything specific causing the leans, but a Norgren valve would be included in places I would look if I was trouble shooting the leans.

I can only say on XL and XLII coaches the 5 port Norgren valves which isolate air into their respective suspension systems will be located on the bulkhead in front of the drive axle and the one for the front is located in the steer compartment on the rear bulkhead approximately under the driver’s seat.

There are also some three port Norgren valves that might be contributing as well as fittings (especially the push in), and air bags themselves.

Just keep in mind you can have a blowout in an air bag yet a healthy, leak free auxiliary system will not lose air pressure unless you are in the drive mode and the coach is trying to inflate the suspension. Conversely you can have zero pressure in the aux air system and both brake systems and the bus should not lean or drop with the key off.
