AC LO …..where to go?
The SMX Controller in the bedroom is flashing AC LO. We are in Apopka Florida right now. If you were here, where would you go for service?

The message indicates a low AC voltage event (below 100V). The system is shut down to protect the compressor. Check your line voltage. If the voltage is back up, you should be able to cycle the power and restart the AC.
If the message persists while the voltage is normal, you can recalibrate the voltage sensor in your SMX control.

Good deal. If it happens again check the actual voltage. Mine kicked off with LO-AC too around 108-109V which is low but still above the SMX threshold of 100V. I had to recalibrate the internal voltmeter- it was off by 6-7V.
It is pretty simple. Put it in programming mode by pushing “off” and then “set”. Push both “down” and “up” buttons to display current internal voltage. Use the “up” button to raise voltage to match actual voltage. The PDF shows how to do it.
