AC hose needed
Hello,
I need to replace my salon (this is from the engine mounted salon compressor) AC
system suction and discharge hoses.I
have been plagued with low suction pressure issues for a couple of years (9
psi) and it appears the suction hose is partially blocked, crimped or some other
obstruction.Both evaporators have a
tendency to freeze up with the abnormally low suction pressure. My suction pressure is 9 psi, discharge
pressure 200 psi (80 degree outside temperature) on an R12 system.I am looking for a supplier of bulk AC (Freon) hoses, #14
and #8, with fittings.The original
suction hose is #12, while enduring the pain involved in replacing the ac hoses,
I wanted to upgrade to #14 size suction. The #14 hose is hard to find.Hopefully,
the larger hose will eliminate any future issues.I am having problems locating a supplier of the #14 AC hose
and fittings.I have an AC hose
crimper.I normally buy the hose in bulk
and made up my own hoses, as needed.Any
help with locating a supplier would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Hector
