A New World Record!
I have a feeling this may be a new world record for making a reservation at a motorcoach resort. How’s 90 seconds from start to finish? And that includes receiving an email confirmation. Here’s the story:
I’ve stayed at the Jupiter Palm Beach Motorcoach resort multiple times over the past year in both the Flxible and Prevost. Because I’m a returning guest, they allow me to contact them via text. Today I made a two night reservation for January (peak season in the Sunshine State) and I contacted Kelley at the resort via text with my desired arrival/departure dates.
Within seconds I received a return text giving me the a-ok and within a minute, I received the email confirmation. It honestly doesn’t get any easier than this.
After spending this Summer putting 7,000 miles on the Marathon and staying at a variety of resorts and RV parks between Florida and Michigan, with some of them requiring more than a half hour going through the reservation process, I greatly appreciate it when a resort is so organized that returning guests can make a reservation so efficiently. I’ll add that since every pad in this new resort is big rig friendly, I didn’t have to worry about site selection or any issues with ingress/egress.
By the way, the final phase of this resort is nearing completion and when I visited it a few weeks ago in the Flx I can say, it’s looking good!
