    Hi Georges,

Be sure first that it is not the dip stick that is leaking. it has an O ring on it and mine was missing causing an oily mess. If it does not fit tight it will leak. Also it takes 90 WT oil.

    Tom,

I have been having internet problems and have not been able to reply until now. Thanks for the info I will check it out.

I wish you were near me, as you seem to really know a lot about these coaches and I would love to have someone trustworthy and knowledgeable check a few things out on it that I have been having problems with, (to the point where I am thinking about getting rid of it and buying a newer Bluebird)!

If you have any contacts or recommendations for an honest Prevost/RV mechanic in the Fort Myers FL area please let me know. Thanks.

    Georges,

Before you give up, take it to John Silver at Central Florida Bus in Lakeland, FL. His web site is http://www.flbusman.com. He is great with all coaches and is honest with his work. I have not been to his shop, but have met him at the Southeast Busnuts rallies. His father Wynn Silver started the business years ago with a fleet of Eagle buses running tours. Good folks.

    Hi Tom,

I know of this guy, I have spoken with him about something or other not too long ago…..I will give him a call and see if he can check my bus out, as it is only about 20 miles away from him. It’s worth a shot, as I don’t really want to go to the “other side”!

    Thanks for the heads up.

    Georges
