    88Liberty/Elecrical Tranny problem

    Transmission won’t go drive to reverse or reverse to drive unless y I turn the headlights on. Or I have to shut the key off and start it up in neutral.Even with headlights on I still have some shifting problems and or tc lock up problems. I am checking everything with electrical and can’t find anything wrong.If I have it running in neutral and rev the engine up to 1400 to 1500 the bus tries to jump in to reverse. With the headlights on it won’t do it.Has anyone experienced any issues like this.

    Check the grounds for the trans. Sounds like it is trying to ground thru the headlights
