Jeff, were the seats and sofas that you removed purple? That really looks like the interior of the 1990 CC I used to own. Of course all the CCs of that vintage look pretty similar. I would love to hear that my old bus is getting a well deserved facelift.

    Bryan,

I don’t want to disappoint you but there was no purple in this coach.

Purple notwithstanding, I really enjoyed my 1990 Country Coach. The cabinetry and woodwork are exceptional. I’m sure you are going to love yours even more once the upgrades are done. In case you need decorating ideas, see below. Seriously, good luck with the refresh.

Bryan, Did Barney own that CC before you?

When our grandson was a toddler Barney was all the rage. We would put Barney tapes in the bedroom VCR (that’s kind of like a DVD player to you kids) and we could hear him laughing and giggling all the way up front while we drove.

Yes, Jon, when I bought it EVERYTHING was purple inside, from the blinds to the upholstery to the bedspread and even the rugs. I bought it planning to replace it all, but once we replaced the blinds with ones that were deep chocolate brown and replaced the rugs and bedspread, the purple was no longer overwhelming. It truly was a Barney Mobile as I drove it off the lot in Florida.

p.s.: The interior of my present bus is white, black and gray. I do have purple bedsheets, though.
