365 conversion
I am looking at upgrading my 315s to 365s. Has anyone done this? Any advice? I signed up for the Michelin program but have not taken the letter to a dealer yet. Can Prevost Nashville get me that discount with the letter? Can anyone share what the discount is? The Prevost price is $975/tire. If it cannot or should not be shared on the public forum, my private email is paulebbert@gmail.com. Also, are the durabright wheels worth the extra money? Last question, is it recommended to do both the tag and the front or can I do just the fronts? Advice always appreciated.

The prices are always changing, but maybe someone with a recent purchase will post the prices. Tom just had Jeff Rowe change his steers and tags to 365.s Look for his post.

I converted ours in May I paid 583.. for each tire plus excess and sales tax. The wheels are about 490. ea

best to do tag and steer or can just the steer be done?

I did just the steer a few years ago intending to do the tag later. Then I asked myself: why? I don’t need a smoother ride or increased load capacity on my tag. I suppose there could be a conceivable benefit in having another 365 to move to the front in an emergency but….

Contact Jeff, he’s your best bet. I just did this a week ago, you can expect the 365 Michelins to run you 6300 + 348 FET + Sales Tax + 50 per Tire or about 7350 that you will get billed direct from Michelin. You will also have mounting fee’s from the tire company. As Hish said, the wheels will run you 4900 each. You will then have parts and labor from Jeff.
Prevost does NOT participate in the Advantage Program. It’s worth every penny to go to the big tires.
