2018 X3 D13 IAH?
hello, i cannot figure out issue with code 2607 intake air heater actuatot stuck OFF? i pulled IAH from charge pipe and manifold, inspected cleaned, the valve does rotate when i give it power,and go back to neutral position in middle. I have also checked the fuse and relay
any help much appreciated

Would’nt code 2607 appear with failure or malfunction ? YES
Valve functions properly after you preformed a repair or cleaning.
Another cause would be a sensor unable to reset or clear which must be replaced.
You have to clear this code which is logged into your ECM.
A Volvo laptop with an experienced tech should be able to help you.
