Hi Dorel,
…Stop for a night or two at Wakeda Campground in Hampton Falls (294 Exeter Rd, Hampton Falls, NH 03844).
This is a very nice campground nestled inside a pine forest. We do have a seasonal site there for this summer.
FHU with 50 amps. A few pull-throughs. Mostly back-ins. This is the best place w have found in Northern MA, all of Southern NH and Southern ME.
PM me if you want more info!
Cheers,
Ronald
(and greetings from Pelican Lake, where we are staying at the moment until May 8) -

Ron, thanks for the suggestion, was looking at it yesterday, but was not sure about driving conditions / tree clearance so was waiting to call in this morning.
Interested on the pull thru sites, pending availability on our travel dates, returning from Bar Harbor on our way to Quebec City….We left for Pelican on the 7th, we’re looking for you around the 1st, you guys got stuck in Louisiana?
John, thanks looking forward to July…I received the details, will let you know as soon as the planning is firm.
Regards

all over the campground in different sites last year because we had no reservation. When we sold the house in record time of 3 days, we were looking around and Wakeda was and is the only place we like(d). They had to move us around about 10 times in 3 months, so we got to experience several different sites. Tree branches are not an issue.
We decided to stay a few more weeks at Heritage in Orange Beach and then we had to stop-over in St. Pete for some car repairs.

Thanks Ron…
Did you / any PC member tried 201 from Winter Harbor to Quebec City?
