Hi, are the marker lites and turn signal lites 12v or 24 v ?

Where can I find the turn signal flashers ? My turn signals and hazards work for a little while then stop for no reason. When they do work there is something clicking in the electrical box in the engine compartment. Unable to locate as by the time I get back there the blinking stops. Some one also added two relays on the electrical compartment beside the driver outside that does not look original to the coach. They are hot as long as the blinkers work. Mysterious to say the least. Any help is appreciated.
