Should I change my engine coolant filter
Here is the inside of a coolant filter removed from appox 4000 miles of service. Dirt and casting particles are seen caught inbetween the filter material.

Yes, I think it would be very difficult to re-assemble that one. Seriously, that’s a surprising amount of crap.

I do coolant analysis annually. I use Oil Analyzers Inc. http://www.oaitesting.com/services.aspx

Examples: Fleetguard WF2051 has 4 units of DCA2, or Fleetguard WF2151 has 4 units of DCA4. The threads on my spin-on adapter are 11/16-16-UN-2B

That is far more than I would expect to see. I would consider flushing the system before changing coolant based on that.

I would say the coolant has not been changed on the proper intervals , before you got the coach AL , it needs to be flushed
I change mine every oil change , and break them apart every time and have never seen that on my stuff ever
