Nice. Would like to do the same with my coach. Is the cover included or did you have to purchase separately?

Comes all as one piece. Super easy to install, spring loaded clips actually more durable than the factory lights. Just order yourself an assortment of 14-16 and 10-12 gauge butt caps so you only have to pinch once per wire instead of twice.

Looks like those are only available as 12 volt?

Be careful pulling the existing lights out. They are usually held in place using two devices from mousetraps that utilize a spring from a bear trap.

The spring got me 3 times. I only cursed the first time. Here it is complete, pardon the rest of the mess.

Chuck: It was an OH SHIT! WTF! OMG! moment that lasted about three minutes. I learned very quickly there was a safe and a not so safe way to grab them. The trick is determining where the danger is. I’ve also gotten a finger stuck between the fixture and the ceiling on the re-install. That isn’t quite as bad.

Thanks for the post. I have 6 on the way to finishing replacing the ones I could not find fixtures for. Should be here on Monday!

    Dick:

You got me laughing so hard I am almost crying. It’s only so funny because I have been there more than once. Sometimes I am a slow learner, but the pain cures that.

Apparently with this dimmer. We have multiple circuits so, it this worked, it would have to be installed in each circuit somewhere. None of ours are on dimmers and we have not found a dimmer to be necessary.
