Carlisle Autofest – Lakeland, FL – February 22 – 2
OK guys, I may have screwed this up.
Today I got the email that wanted me to RSVP for the rally.
I think I did but now wonder if I RSVP’ed for one package (coach, two bidders passes, meals, etc.) or ONE PERSON….
Since my better half is going too, it would be best if I get it right for two persons attending in one coach…
Anybody know? I did send an email to info@carlisleevents.com.

I got the same email. I REPLIED to the email to remind Sabrina that they already have my $$ and that I am looking forward to joining the group next month. I’m not sure why we got the new email, will let you know if I get an answer from Sabrina.

Same email here, tried to get thru the process but only achieved the spinning circle of death. So I just replied to the email.

Hey guys,
i am at a swap meet event that we produce in Allentown, PA. I’m flying back to Sarasota tomorrow (I Hope). I will call into the office and check into all of your concerns.
i also have a few cool updates to post as well. One of which is the fact that we will be giving away two vintage airplane rides specifically to the Air and Coach group!
I’ll be back to handle all of this Monday and I look forward to seeing all of you. We are currently over 20 coaches and getting several more every week.

My name is Jodi Morrison and I’m Billy’s assistant and Event Manager for the Lakeland Show. I apologize for any confusion the evite may have caused. This is simply a way of making sure we have all the information for you and your guest so that we are ready with everything you need upon arrival.
The evite should have asked you if you were bringing a guest. This allows one evite to cover you and your guest in the same RSVP. If you indicated a guest, then I will ensure that you and your guest have all the credentials needed for the entire weekend. You won’t need to do anything else.

Yes- you are all paid and registered or you wouldn’t have received the evite at all. It doesn’t really have anything to do with registration, but more just me gathering all the information on what you and your guest will need upon arrival. Hey Bill, can you please post directions to the camping area we are supposed to use?
We basically know how to get to the A&C as we were there several years ago but since the camping has changed – where do we go now?

Les, when you were there the last time you went through a gate with a security guard.
This time you want to enter the facility off of Medula Road about 100 feet to the west of that gate. Stay on that road and take it until you see hangar E (?), then turn left to the end, then right, and then turn right parallel to the runway. You can see what I mean on Google.

I-4 exit 25, south on Countyline, left on Medulla, left turn into campground before main gate.
