Sept 22-24 Evansville Indiana
Posted by Archived on January 17, 2017 at 8:57 amThis is to celebrate newly remodled Greyhound Station. For vintage buses and and bus conversions. If it is like last one in Blysville it will be over 100 coaches. Old to new all makes and all years. I can make it the 6 miles to site. You will fit in as these are good old boys and gals. More info to come. Jon might chime in here..I first met him at a mixed coach (all makes and ages) rally. Bob

I have this rally on my calendar. The vintage coach guys are all pretty savvy about coaches, a lot of them like Bob have converted their own, and anyone that like bus porn is sure to have a good time.
I am hoping to see some other PC members there and I would like to see some combined rallies, and this may be a good one to do so.
There will be some really unique coaches there, plus a large dose of bus history.

Hey Bob,
Good morning.
One question, just how far is the Greyhound Station from the nearest Donut Bank? I can’t return without stopping by the Donut Bank to stock up on goods to carry back to NC. Anyone want to trade some good down east NC bar-b-que for some donuts?
Sounds like a good time in a good place so I’ll work on making the date.
Thanks for posting the info.

Aaahhhhh, just found this website – xa.yimg.com. Looks like it’s too early to commit, but this will be the place when the time is right.

busboyscollection.org All conversions welcome as I was assured. Vintage will be nearest to station.

Bob,
Lauren and I and perhaps a kid or two would be interested in attending. Keep us posted as details firm up.

I’ve already signed up and I will bring my 50 Ford and I think I am going to caravan with a friend that has a nicely restored Scenicruiser with all the Greyhound grahics. He said I might not be able to keep up with him and he might be right.

Just registered…looking forward to seeing some rare machines…and meeting some even more rare folks that keep ’em rolling along. 🙂
