Mark your new calendars and plan to attend this great event.
If you have not yet been to one of the Carlisle Autofest events in Lakeland FL this is the opportunity to do so.
Meet with other coach owners, enjoy days of great eating, entertainment and all of the Autofest features such as the flea market, car corrall and of course the auction of at least 400 vintage cars.
As it gets closer Bill Miller will be posting more details, and will set up the registration process, but for now just mark your calendar and clear your schedule.
Bring money. I want someone to buy my Model A that will be going through the auction.

Glad to hear that you are fully recovered. Corey must have done a great job taking care of you.

Tom, very nice and clean A Model. From my auto parts background I can tell the Wix oil filter was pulled out of your personel stock room and you didn’t just run down to the local auto parts store and purchase one. Good luck at the auction with your Model A, they are always such a neat car to own.
PS. on another note, Yes Coreys appetizers are second to none. Speaking from experience.

Signed up while at the Parliament rally and we are looking forward to this event.
Last time we went, there was this PC guy who snapped-up a very nice Rolls right from under our eyes.
I offered him 5K over what he paid for it but he did not seem to be interested.

Anyway, for anyone who reads this and has not been to this event, sign-up now. It is a lot of fun looking at all of the antique and not so antique cars in the auction and the many cars in the car corral.
I am sure that Bill Miller will take good care of all of us and Gabi and I look forward to enjoying every bit of this event.Cheers,

Some might have a need for a scooter to assist in traveling around this large event rally. Here is the info to make arrangement to rent a scooter.
FYI ….they only bring what they think usage might be. If you reserve ahead of time…your covered. Pick-up and turn is at event.

Hello PC,
How is everyone? I am currently in Allentown, PA producing a
small automotive event that we have owned here for the last 18 years. It’s a
great venue and the vendors always go home happy and with full pockets.Ok to clarify what is going on with the electric
availability for the Winter AnCC event. We have 17 spaces at the Raider Club
area that we utilized for the Fall event. These spaces are all in a nice area
directly behind the Cessna building (where all of the activities take place).
They have 50amp, water and a grass/sand very firm base. This area is large with
plenty of space and has been used for large RV’s for 20+ years.At the Parliament Rally Tom, Jon and I discussed continuing
with the previously used Jet Way area in front of the Cessna building as well.
This is a great area that is very level, allows for the front half of the bus
to be on blacktop with the remainder on very firm and groomed grass. This area
is being offered for a reduced cost of $599 without electric. We can hold
approximately 40 coaches in this area.About two hours ago I received a text that I was waiting for
regarding the “Corn Roast” area at SnF. This area is over toward the other side
of the facility across from E Hanger. It has a firm grass surface, some shade
and has been used for this purpose during the fly-in for many years. It
contains 13 50 amp and 10 30 amp sites. This is a great area and with enough
coaches it would be used exclusively by us. It is in my estimation approximately
a half mile from the Cessna building. We could supply a few golf carts to be
shared by the guests in this area. The cost would be the normal $699 for the
Corn Roast.This issue arose only two weeks ago. It was then that I was
informed that the Sun-n-Fun facility was again not going complete the 68 RV
sites along the runway that have been promised for the last two years. Even
though it is ultimately out of Carlisle Events control I still apologize for
continually speaking out of turn on this improvement. All I can tell you is
that I have emails as recent as two months ago that these sites were on
schedule to be completed. Most of you that know me, understand that I usually like
to make a decision, market it, produce it and follow through with it without
exception. That being said, you also know that I encourage feedback and am
willing to make changes for any future events that will work for both of us.Against my previous statement I am willing to consider your
input on this matter. Please just understand that after I evaluate everyone’s
thoughts I will have to make a firm decision. If this decision does not reflect
your input, please read and understand my explanation and thought process. I
truly am here to make everyone happy, but I am sure that you all understand
that this may be a next to impossible task. LOLOk so to summarize; how many of you are willing to:

Park on the Jet Way and use your generator for

$899·
Park at the Corn Roast with 50 or 30 amps for
$699Everyone that has currently paid $699 you do have electric
and you are scheduled for the Raider Club. If you would like to move to another
area I have no problem adjusting the money accordingly.We currently have over 20 registered guests with another 10
or so waiting for the information that is included in this post. Tom and Jon
will be sending out an email next week containing the details on the event. We
have also have a mailing of over 200 going out. This should come close to
doubling our current registration number. I will address the agenda and a few
other topics here on the forum early next week. In fact, I will type it in
front of my newly repaired XL while sitting in the Florida sunshine at Parliament.
From there I am headed to George and Cory’s Claw F est in Naples. I hope to see
many of you there or at Pelican.As always do not hesitate to call 717-215-0700.
