TSD Cards and PIN numbers.
We need to know if anyone was able to use the TSD card and did not have to enter a PIN number.
Please respond if you were able to fuel without the PIN and if so list as many locations and fuel dealers by name. This is important.

TSD will require the use of a PIN on all new cards going forward and will use the last 4 of your social.
For current card holders like us, if you want a PIN, e-mail Joy and she’ll make it happen.

Let’s not consider this a resolved issue until Joy has communicated with Love’s.
When we all got cards we had an instruction sheet that required us to call a number and select a PIN. If Love’s and TSD work out the details all that might be needed to provide some security for the card will be for Love’s to show a prompt asking for the PIN you selected.
But if not then TSD may have to require a prompt for a control number and that control number may be one you select or it may be your last four of your SSN#.

So the pin we set when we got the card did not go into the system?

Phil, right now we don’t know and TSD (Joy) is communicating with Love’s to determine exactly what is going on.
Those of us who used the Profit Tool Program were used to supplying a PIN and truck number at the prompts which was security in case someone ended up with your card.

At Profit, it was actually driver number and unit number. The driver number is your PIN.
