45’ Royale 475 Detroit new air bags, new  brake chambers, new wheel seals, new disc brake caliper seals, new norgen valves, new brake valves, all air fittings changed to compression fittings, new air dryer, new boots on ball joints, new dash AC compressor and drier filter, new engine fan clutch and fan, all new coolant hoses on engine, new water pump and thermostats in engine, adjusted valves and injectors and engine brake on engine, new engine belts and air bag tensioners, new diaphragms on tag lift chambers, new brake pads on lift axle, new trans cooler, all light bulbs changed to LED’s. LED headlights. Three new roof top AC front and back are heat pumps. New Fridge, new Rariton electric toilet, new tank monitors, new water pumps and pressure tank, new water softener, 2 new  Zantrax 2500 inverters with new controls, life line batteries 3 years old, smart TV, TST inboard wheel temp and psi monitors 2 years old,  Sirius radio, new grey and black dump valves. New generator engine. Generator does not start automatically if power is lost. Gen Con is not working. New windshields and gasket, New battery charger for start batteries. 300 gallon fuel tank, Transynd oil in transmision. Generator compartment needs new sound deadener foam installed in that compartment. I have the foam from PowerTech. All bay locks replaced as well as needed struts, ceiling power vent covers replaced. I have alot of spare parts sourced for items that can fail. Contactors, relays, switches, lights, starter, alternator, belts, bearings, seals, disc brake boots, upper and lower ball joints, control arm joints, drag link boot, spicket rebuilds, toilet rebuild motor and parts, spare windshields and gaskets, new max air weather covers for ceiling vents, new engine exhaust.
