Royal XL

Provost XL 40  non slide. Engine replaced approximately 40,000 miles ago. All running gear was changed at the same time air bags and bearings. New paint 5 year’s ago always been undercover. roof seams just sealed. Finished an 8000 mile trip in July and oil change in October 2025. New tires 2025. APU is 14000KW approx. 3400 hours. 300 AMP HOUR L I FE house battery with Victron
inverter and controller, 2 flat screen tv’s. radiator replaced and all coolant hoses changed a year ago.
*total mileage is near 300,000 miles  due to a speedometer change.
