Prior to purchase, register your Credit Card in Michelin’s System.

As you will be purchasing the tires directly from Michelin, through a Michelin Dealer, you will need to pre-register the credit card you with to use fo rthe purchase with Michelin. This is done for the security of your credit card information. 

To pre-register your credit card, call MICHELIN Customer Service at 1-888-532-6435 Monday-Friday between 8:30am – 5:00pm, and select option 1. After hours you can call Michelin at 1-800-847-9855. the PREVOST COMMUNITY account number is 1498326. You will need to provide this number to the representative to register your card. Your card will remain on file for 30 days and will only be set up for one-time use. If you make additional purchases, you will need to call and pre-register your card again in the future. Michelin only accepts Visa, MasterCard or American Express.

Get started

1. Determine the tire and tread design that you require by visiting MichelinTruck.com or MichelinMan.com.

2. Find your nearest Michelin tire dealer at www.michelintruck.com by entering your zip/postal code in the dealer locator. The dealers will be listed in the order closest to your location. Select the dealer that best suits your tire needs.

Call the Dealer

1. Call the dealer and check for availability of the specific size and tread design that you require.

2. Tell the dealer you will be purchasing your tires through PREVOST COMMUNITY account number 1498326.

At the time of purchase the Dealer will only ask for the name on the card, the fitst digit, last four digets and the expiration date. This protects your full credit card information for security purposes.
