Looking forward to the upgrades.
I was a WOG admin for years, I’m familiar with the challenges of keeping these old forums relevant and active. WOG is very relevant and active – even on it’s very out-dated vBulletin software. I still own a Wanderlodge. It’s hard to own a Wanderlodge w/o WOG.
I would love to see that level of activity here, but don’t see it ever happening. Prevost owners have the luxury of having lots of support options. And most of those owners have the luxury (i.e., $$$) of being able to utilize those support options. The DIY crowd is very small here compared to Wanderlodge owners.
Hearing that the PC rework is approaching six figures is shocking. It’s hard for me to imagine the business case supports it – but I’m assuming it does. WOG has no ads and no sponsors. The owner of WOG sales parts, sales Wanderlodges, and accepts donations … that’s it. Oh, and he’s hyper-active on the forum (53K post) and he’s not on FB.
